Craig Coleman - President
Originally from North Carolina, Craig and his wife Renee relocated to Key Largo in 2010 to escape the "harsh" NC winters. They are the proud parents of three adult children and one beautiful granddaughter!
After a successful management career guiding a team of 40+ people, Craig entered the world of Property Management in 2017. At that time he worked for a large corporation managing as many as 50 vacation rental properties. While honing his property management skills, and building a network of reliable contractors and vendors, Craig saw an opportunity to provide a greater level of service for his clients.
In November of 2022 Craig ventured out on his own and Going Coastal Property Care was born! We are now in a position to provide Concierge level home care to a few select properties in the Keys.
